Terms & Conditions

  1. Admission: Entry to the FPV Drone Fest is granted only with a valid ticket, purchased via the official website. All attendees under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult.

  1. Refund and Cancellation Policy: Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. In the event of festival cancellation, a full refund will be provided. If the festival is interrupted for more than 5 hours due to weather conditions, attendees will be refunded for that day.

  1. Participation & Prizes: All pilots participating in the FPV Drone Fest must hold a valid CAA Operators ID and Flyer ID. Ticket purchase automatically entitles pilots to participate in challenges. Winners will be determined based on performance and the final decision lies with the event organizers. All pilots must register at the registration desk before flying.

  1. Flight Conduct & Safety: Pilots must only operate their drones when on the flight line and it’s their turn to do so. All drones must complete the failsafe check before flying.

  1. Liability: All pilots should have valid insurance. Any accidents or damage caused by them will be their liability. The festival does not assume responsibility for any lost or stolen items.

  1. Cleanliness and Environment: All attendees must keep the site clean and use the bins provided, including a designated Lipos bin at the main flight lines.

  1. Camping & Facilities: Campers may arrive no earlier than 6 PM the day before the event. BBQs are permitted in the camping area but must be elevated off the ground and fully extinguished after use. No motorhomes or caravans are allowed on site. Campervans (Sprinter size) are permitted in the car park only. Toilets, showers, and power (in the social area) will be provided. These facilities must be kept clean at all times, and campers are requested to be mindful of others in the camping area.

  1. Food & Amenities: Food will be available on site. Attendees are allowed to bring their own food and drinks.

  1. Media Policy: Attendees are permitted to take photos and videos at the festival.

  1. Animals: No animals or pets are allowed at the festival.

  1. Conduct: Attendees must act in a safe and respectful manner. Any individuals acting in a way that jeopardizes the safety or enjoyment of others may be ejected from the festival.

By purchasing a ticket, attendees acknowledge and agree to the above terms and conditions.
